Snip-its Haircuts for Kids Elevates Star Rating and Review Response Engagements with SOCi’s CoMarketing Cloud

Snip-its Haircuts for Kids, a kids’ haircut, styling, and spa salon chain serving 26 states with over 60 salons, wanted a more localized digital marketing approach after the pandemic shifted its priorities from national campaigns. Its existing vendor lacked key integrations such as Yelp, had errors with Google and Google Maps, and did not provide the support needed for local marketing efforts, so the company turned to SOCi’s CoMarketing Cloud.

SOCi implemented Reviews, Listings Advanced, and Social to help Snip-its manage Yelp and other networks, guide local store managers and stylists, and support local posting and review response efforts. Within the first 6 months, review scores improved across the organization, 44 salons earned a 4 out of 5-star rating on Google, and SOCi helped drive a 248% increase in page impressions year over year, with 83% of reviews positive and a 121% increase in review response time with almost 30% of reviews managed in less than 8 hours.
