NuMark Credit Union, a Chicago-area credit union with a 60-year history, needed a better way to manage its digital presence as more customers turned to Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other channels. Its staff did not have enough time or resources to keep listings current or respond to reviews quickly, so it looked for help with local search, reputation management, and customer sentiment analysis. SOCi was selected to support that effort.
SOCi built a digital presence management program for NuMark Credit Union focused on listings and reputation management, including claiming and managing listings on Google, Facebook, and Yelp and syncing location data across major channels such as Apple Maps, Foursquare, Bing, secondary directories, and in-car navigation platforms. In the first seven months, NuMark saw a 14% improvement in ranking for important keywords, branded search visibility increased by 45%, phone calls rose 131%, and website clicks increased 126% year over year.
