Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill, one of Canada’s largest chains of premium fast-casual Mexican restaurants, needed a simpler way to monitor its online reputation and improve localized marketing. The team wanted to increase brand awareness, search visibility, website traffic, and leads from locator and local pages, while also improving review response speed, star ratings, and reporting for regional stakeholders.
Mucho Burrito partnered with SOCi to manage Listings, Social, and Reviews. SOCi helped lift average review response time from a week to just over 24 hours and achieve a 98% review response rate, while the average local ranking for “Mexican restaurant near me” improved from 3.8 to 2.5, putting the average location in the Google 3-pack. The brand also increased Google Business Profile posts from 0.5 to 6.3 per location and improved profile completeness across Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
