Jelly Belly, the candy manufacturer known for jelly beans, needed a better way to guide consumers to the right store during and after the pandemic, as online sales remained high but most sales still came through retail partners. Managing more than 10,000 partner locations made it important to connect website visitors with nearby stores that carried specific products.

Jelly Belly worked with SOCi for over a decade, using SOCi’s Locator and product finder to help consumers search for products, find local stores, and click through to get directions. The company said the locator is a stable, turnkey solution, and after implementing it, Q1 of 2023 saw a 30% increase in locator searches compared to Q1 of 2022. Jelly Belly also gained data on regional product demand and updated the locator to match new designs and meet ADA compliance.
