With SOCi, GoodCents saw a 100% increase in online review updates, a 98% review response rate, and an 18.9% increase in total reviews year over year. The brand also reported gains in Facebook and Instagram reach, a 23% increase in website clicks from Instagram, and a 14.65% increase in Google Map impressions year over year.
