Tallwave is a commercialization firm that helps early-stage tech startups validate, scale and accelerate market growth for its portfolio of 65+ companies. With strong lead-generation systems on other networks, Tallwave’s challenge was to find a highly efficient, repeatable way to use Twitter as a lead-generation channel for early-stage founders and pre-revenue, venture-backed prospects.
Tallwave tested Socedo and refined its keyword and filtering criteria to target startup founders; the Socedo team supported iterative tuning. Over two months they discovered 486 relevant leads, 76 followed Tallwave back, 64% of those followers responded to direct messages, and 16 conversations converted into phone calls — a DM response conversion rate among the highest in Socedo’s user base.
