Kaseya, a leading provider of IT management solutions for MSPs and mid-market enterprises, needed to reach new verticals, build buzz around expanding product lines, and generate more warm leads to grow its email marketing database. The challenge was finding relevant prospects quickly and converting social engagement into actionable contacts.

Kaseya used Socedo to discover and engage Twitter users who were talking about relevant topics or following IT influencers, automatically following them and sending personalized DMs with targeted whitepapers. Downloaders were added to Kaseya’s marketing database and nurtured via email until they became MQLs. In 12 months this approach grew Kaseya’s Twitter following by 58% (from 18,800 to over 29,670), and a benchmark-survey DM campaign sent to 2,107 people achieved a 15% click-through rate—higher engagement and more relevant leads than other sources.
