Sobefy partnered with Vision Rescue / Dryeye Rescue to implement a subscription commerce system. The challenge was to create a convenient auto-refill option for consumable eye care products that would provide predictable revenue while meeting the deep self-service needs essential for maintaining customer subscriptions.

The solution built by Sobefy was a complete Subscribe & Save system with a self-service portal. This allowed customers to manage their entire subscription, including changing order cadence, skipping shipments, swapping products, and updating payment methods. The project was developed using Medusa.js, Next.js, and Stripe. This comprehensive self-service experience was designed to provide convenience for customers and predictable revenue for the business.
