SOASTA implemented CloudTest, mPulse, TouchTest, Data Science, and the Digital Operations Center to centralize testing, monitoring, and analytics. The result was nearly 100% consistent availability, average page load speed cut in half, and stronger data-driven decisions that helped Lowe’s improve customer experience and grow ecommerce sales beyond the billion-dollar mark.
