ROLLER partners with Snyk to improve visibility into its cloud platform dependencies

ROLLER, a cloud-based platform for leisure and entertainment businesses, faced rapidly growing use of open source dependencies across dozens of microservices and lacked clear visibility into which packages introduced security risks. To streamline auditing and vulnerability management, ROLLER partnered with Snyk and adopted Snyk Open Source to get centralized, actionable insight into its dependency exposure.

Snyk was integrated into ROLLER’s CI/CD pipeline (starting with Bitbucket Cloud) and supplemented by the Snyk Intel Vulnerability Database to make vulnerabilities easier for developers to understand and remediate. The automation not only simplified PCI compliance and ongoing package monitoring but also helped ROLLER reduce high-severity vulnerabilities by nearly 80% while shifting developer behavior toward more secure package choices.
