Lendi Partners, Australia’s largest retail mortgage broker, needed a better way to understand and manage risks in outdated dependencies uncovered during a quarterly penetration test. They turned to Snyk, using Snyk Open Source to help identify dependency vulnerabilities across their backend services and fit security into existing developer workflows.

With Snyk, Lendi integrated security checks into its day-to-day engineering process, mapped repositories to owning teams, and improved collaboration between DevOps and SecOps. The result was a rapid rollout and a major reduction in risk, with 98% of critical and high issues fixed, up from 90%, while also setting targets to shorten fix times further.
