CarTrawler Unlocks Incremental Value for Airline Partners with Snowplow-Powered Customer 360 Data

CarTrawler, the Dublin-based B2B travel technology provider, needed richer behavioral data, better Customer 360 insights for airline partners, GDPR-compliant personalization, and more accurate real-time recommendations. To address these challenges, CarTrawler turned to Snowplow Customer Data Infrastructure (CDI) alongside Snowflake.

With Snowplow, CarTrawler improved data capture by over 20% and now tracks about 95% of user interactions, up from roughly 70% before. Snowplow also helped CarTrawler connect journeys across platforms using UTM parameters, power its secure Data Connect service, and refine AI-driven recommendation models using high-fidelity viewability data—driving better conversion potential, stronger airline partnerships, and lower-cost, fully controlled data infrastructure.
