Tapestry, which includes Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman, needed a modern data platform to support customer-centric decision-making across its brands. The company had growing volumes of clickstream, web traffic, and other data sources, and wanted a solution that could scale efficiently while keeping costs under control. Snowflake provided the data platform Tapestry used to unify and share data more seamlessly.

Using Snowflake, Tapestry built its own customer analytics platform with features like separated storage and elastic compute, Zero-copy Cloning, and multi-cloud capabilities. The result was about 4 billion rows processed daily and more than 100 major data processes run each day, while roughly doubling its data sources and achieving significant cost savings compared with its legacy system.
