Savers, a Bellevue-based, for‑profit thrift retailer operating nearly 300 locations with 22,000 employees, buys, resells and recycles donated goods and supports more than 100 nonprofit partners. The company struggled with data silos—POS, financial, loyalty and email campaign data lived in separate systems and spreadsheets—causing inconsistent business metrics and slowing POS performance. Savers wanted a cloud-first solution to unify data without the overhead of on‑premises infrastructure.

Savers implemented Snowflake as a fully managed cloud data warehouse, quickly proving and ingesting transaction, financial, loyalty and campaign data into a single platform.
