Porter, an Indian logistics platform connecting about 750,000 driver‑partners with 15 million customers, needed to modernize its data stack. Fragmented, siloed databases and limited compute caused slow queries, long report runs and delayed insights, preventing teams from acting at the speed required by the business and scaling analytics.

Porter migrated seven years of historical data to Snowflake (with Blazeclan), creating a single source of truth and much faster, more reliable query performance. Data-asset availability rose to ~99% (from 80–85%), daily refresh and report times fell dramatically (reports from ~2 hours to 20–30 minutes; ~90% faster refreshes), time-to-insight improved ~25%, analyst velocity doubled, and the company is now positioned to democratize data and pursue AI/ML use cases.
