The switch delivered near‑zero maintenance and reliable uptime, accelerated reporting and marketing campaigns, enabled upsell campaigns that generated millions in revenue, reduced acquisition costs through better ad targeting, and freed engineering capacity while supporting a 4x growth of the BI team.
