Inner Circle is a curated dating app with five million career-driven members across 66 cities that prioritizes quality over quantity. The company relied on legacy, engineer-maintained dashboards that made deep analysis slow and technically difficult—complex queries on multi-billion-row tables could take hours—so it needed a single source of truth and faster, self-service analytics.

Partnering with 173tech, Inner Circle implemented Snowflake with Tableau in about five weeks to centralize daily front- and back-end data and enable analysts to run queries without engineer support. The platform delivered roughly 500x more processing power and about a 100x faster time to insight (hours to minutes or seconds), unlocking deeper exploration of churn, messaging, marketing and matching, and enabling a dedicated five-person data team and more data-driven product decisions.
