Nativo Builds a Scalable Advertising Analytics Platform on Snowflake

Nativo, an advertising technology company that powers native ad campaigns for brands and publishers, needed to scale its analytics affordably to deliver near real-time campaign insights. Its legacy, tightly coupled storage-and-compute architecture forced overprovisioning, caused resource contention during peak reporting, lacked join support for richer analyses, and consumed significant engineering time to maintain multiple always-on environments.

Nativo migrated to Snowflake’s multi-cluster shared data platform, separating storage and compute, enabling per-second pricing, autoscaling, and auto-suspension of nonproduction environments. The move allowed Nativo to store roughly 79 TB (a ~300% increase) at similar TCO, double the number of data dimensions available to customers, eliminate query contention by isolating workloads, speed up ingestion and joins, and free engineers to focus on higher-value work—resulting in a more powerful self-service dashboard, better customer transparency, and stronger retention.
