One Darnley Road — led by developer John D. Wells — built The M Project, a contemporary online fashion boutique run by two sisters that needed a luxurious, fast, and easy-to-manage e-commerce presence. With the site powered by Craft CMS and a limited budget, the team faced the challenge of finding an integration that preserved content workflow and styling without moving the whole site to a hosted platform like Shopify.

They chose Snipcart and integrated it with Craft (extending Matt Stein’s plugin) to handle payments, country-based shipping, and inventory reduction, and tailored the front-end so the cart modal matched the site’s Instagram-esque design. The work—about a week of development—delivered a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience, left content management intact, and benefited from clear documentation and responsive support.
