Shopping Cart Integration on Advantage CSP

Enginess, a Toronto digital agency led by architect Dan Vandervaart, rebuilt YWCA Toronto’s web presence after the charity’s legacy CMS proved too rigid to support online sales, streamlined donations, and modern member engagement. The organization needed a content-rich, secure platform that would let admins manage content and commerce from a single console while improving the visitor experience.

Enginess implemented Advantage CSP with Snipcart so the CMS handled content and Snipcart handled ordering, taxes and shipping, keeping the entire user flow on YWCA’s site; the base integration was live in hours and advanced features like inventory, abandoned-cart handling and email templates were configured. The outcome was a faster, more secure site with a single admin interface that enabled online sales and donations, supported future integrations via APIs/webhooks, and benefited from clear documentation and responsive vendor support.
