Lighthouse Roasters Selling Premium Coffee with Snipcart

Lighthouse Roasters is a small, independent Seattle roaster and café with 20+ years of hand‑roasting premium beans and a strong local following built on word‑of‑mouth. They wanted to bring their dozen-plus blends and café story online with a responsive, skinnable e-commerce experience that integrated into the Craft CMS, while handling orders, shipping options and digital gift needs without heavy development overhead.

Designers and developers used Craft together with Snipcart to build a polished storefront, skin the cart UI, and add a Snipcart–Craft plugin for managing orders, customers and discounts inside the CMS. With prompt support and a few custom workarounds for shipping and gift‑certificate gaps, Lighthouse now sells its premium coffees online, extending its reach while Snipcart continues to iterate on requested features.
