Unleashed Ideas integrated Snipcart into the Boogie Board eWriters online store to sell paperless memo pads and notebooks. The challenge was to add full e-commerce without being locked into template-driven platforms or a checkout that felt like an external bolt-on, while also fitting into the Perch CMS and existing admin workflows.

Brandon implemented Snipcart as a drop-in solution, built a Perch add-on, and used Snipcart’s API to import orders into the Perch admin, styling the modal cart via CSS for a seamless on-site experience. The integration took only a few hours, delivered a cohesive UX, simplified order management, and left room for minor feature requests (upsells, tracking) while otherwise meeting the client’s needs.
