Tillamook County Creamery Association (Tillamook), a farmer‑owned co‑op of about 1,000 employees, needed a scalable way to recognize both remote and on‑site staff beyond traditional branded swag. In July 2019 they partnered with Snappy to use its digital corporate gifting platform to make recognition simple, timely, and accessible to everyone.

Since adopting Snappy, Tillamook has sent over 3,000 gifts, expanded recognition programs (High 5, Employee of the Month), reported stronger employee engagement and manager satisfaction, and measures impact through recipient thank‑you notes and comments.
