Snappy deployed a personalized rewards program that let employees choose their own gifts for anniversaries and attendance, driving substantial increases in retention and attendance, weekly positive employee feedback, and numerous thank‑you notes as indicators of program success. Le Tote continues to rely on Snappy as a core part of its employee experience based on these measurable improvements and strong acceptance.
