Justworks, a fast-growing HR technology company, wanted a more engaging way to reward and incentivize its Account Management team. Before working with Snappy, the company relied on cash bonuses, gift cards, and physical gifts, but these options felt impersonal, were heavily taxed, and created extra administrative work.
Justworks partnered with Snappy in December 2020 to run an Account Managers Tournament, using Snappy’s corporate gifting platform to let winners choose personalized rewards from a curated selection. The program boosted engagement and performance, helping Justworks add significantly more accounts to its new software than the previous quarter, and 94% of gift recipients claimed their gift.
