How Comcast Enhances their ERG Programs with Snappy

Comcast, a global media and technology company with over 68,000 employees, faced a challenge of keeping ERG mentorship and recognition programs engaging after shifting to remote work. To avoid collecting home addresses and shipping physical swag, Comcast partnered with Snappy and adopted Snappy’s digital gifting platform so recipients could choose a curated physical gift delivered to their doorstep.

Snappy’s solution let Comcast run campaigns with only recipients’ email addresses, manage shipments, and track claims from an easy back-end. Since partnering in June 2020 Comcast rolled out 25+ gifting campaigns across multiple departments and sent more than 1,200 gifts in under a year, boosting employee satisfaction and making program administration simpler and more scalable.
