A SnapLogic Case Study
Sedex, a London-based leader in ethical supply chain data and services, needed to modernize its IT after rapid growth—its engineering team grew from ~20 to ~90 in 18 months—and its legacy databases became brittle, hard to update, and unable to reliably process and distribute increasing volumes of data. The company required a smooth migration with minimal disruption to maintain transparency and operational continuity.
Sedex implemented CockroachDB on AWS as its new database hub and used SnapLogic’s intelligent iPaaS to integrate legacy and new systems during the migration. The cloud-based, low-code/no-code platform sped up integration, let teams run project strands independently, and gave engineers trusted data provenance—resulting in a more efficient, easy-to-use, and modernized IT ecosystem.
