GTC, a Johannesburg-based financial services firm managing retirement, wealth and asset portfolios, faced a tight regulatory deadline after South Africa's March 2024 2‑Pot legislation required partial withdrawals to be enabled by 1 September 2024. With 46% of members eligible and a need to provide accurate, real‑time projections and mass communications, GTC had to rapidly scale digital engagement and claims processing while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
Working with Falcorp, GTC extended its use of the SnapLogic iPaaS to orchestrate Everest, True North, Bizagi, Qlik NPrinting, Alfresco, ODS, Twilio and Office 365, automating end‑to‑end reporting, workflows and a secure claims portal. The integration delivered personalized impact reports to 25,000 members, automated roughly 30% of claims, achieved a 50x increase in processing throughput, and enabled timely, compliant payouts without a major increase in headcount.
