A SnapLogic Case Study
Box, a cloud content-management company founded in 2005 with about 41 million users and 59,000 businesses, struggled to make informed decisions because data lived in dozens of disparate cloud and on‑premises applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, Tableau, etc.). Manual upload/download processes and an earlier iPaaS that required programming left integrations slow and incomplete, impeding visibility and operational agility across finance, sales, marketing and HR.
Box adopted SnapLogic’s self‑service iPaaS—using point‑and‑click “Snaps” to link systems—which enabled rapid, automated data flows into a central data lake and cloud warehouse. The company now connects 40 applications with 170+ automated Snaps, processes more than 15 million transactions daily with just 1.5 FTEs, moved three times the data in about two minutes versus 5–6 hours previously, and can analyze over 100 million records to deliver real‑time insights, higher productivity and better decision‑making.
