Box, a cloud content-management company founded in 2005 with about 41 million users and 59,000 businesses, struggled to make informed decisions because data lived in dozens of disparate cloud and on‑premises applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, Tableau, etc.). Box adopted SnapLogic’s self‑service iPaaS—using point‑and‑click “Snaps” to link systems—which enabled rapid, automated data flows into a central data lake and cloud warehouse.
