Truepill, a digital health platform that provides diagnostics, telehealth and pharmacy infrastructure, needed to launch a new OTC e-commerce store for a high profile third-party customer on short notice. The project required robust inventory controls, support for multiple sites and seven warehouse zones, and a hard go-live timeline of just 29 days.

Truepill chose SnapFulfil’s cloud-based WMS and used its Remote Implementation program to align with the company’s new pharmacy platform and API and CSV interfaces. SnapFulfil helped the team complete the launch on time, support a 10,000 sq.ft warehouse with 20 users, and handle higher volumes and smaller orders more efficiently, while giving Truepill the flexibility to add more SKUs and maintain accuracy and fulfillment costs.
