The Topps Company, a baseball card and collectibles business, was outgrowing its paper-based warehouse system as activity increased and its product range expanded. It needed a warehouse management system that could support rapid growth, keep ownership costs low, and adapt to new e-commerce requirements without costly change orders or consultants.

The Topps Company selected SnapFulfil’s cloud WMS after reviewing several vendors, with close integration to Oracle ERP as a key requirement. After implementation, the same five warehouse operatives increased shipping from 500 orders per day to between 1,200 and 1,800 orders per day, and the company also cited lower IT costs, improved customer service, and faster implementation.
