Resurge Fulfillment sees growth despite global pandemic with remote implementation

Resurge Fulfillment, a 3PL based in Freehold, New Jersey, and Reno, Nevada, needed a warehouse management system that could scale with rapid growth and support multiple shopping carts and ERP host systems. The company also had to prepare for a remote East Coast go-live during the COVID-19 pandemic, when travel restrictions and labor shortages made implementation more difficult. It chose SnapFulfil’s WMS for the project.

SnapFulfil supported Resurge with a full remote implementation, including online training and go-live support, completed in 10 weeks in New Jersey and 5 weeks in Nevada. Using the system’s configurability and new rules engine, Resurge grew its customer base from zero to 25,000 orders per month in under 10 weeks, with a view to reaching 125,000 orders by the November/December holiday season.
