PetFlow, a subscription commerce retailer based in New York City, used SnapFulfil’s cloud warehouse management system to support its order fulfillment operation. As sales grew 10 percent monthly and its 3PL could not keep up, PetFlow brought fulfillment in-house in New Jersey and needed a flexible WMS that could integrate with its proprietary website software, ERP, and manual inventory processes.

SnapFulfil implemented the system in six weeks, integrated the required systems, and helped PetFlow move its manual processes into one central platform. Training took three days, active SKUs more than doubled to 10,000, and the company added replenishment, workflow prioritization, putaway logic, and RF-based auditing to improve accuracy and efficiency.
