Hallmark Consumer Services gets up and running quickly with SnapFulfil

Hallmark Consumer Services, a 3rd Party Logistics company based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, needed a more advanced warehouse management system as it expanded its operation and added a new mezzanine floor. With 80+ clients, 40,000 ft² of warehouse space across three levels, and a need to align with its existing OrderActive management system and move to WebAPI, the company wanted a cloud-based system that could deliver more functionality, better configurability, and reliable real-time performance.

Hallmark implemented SnapFulfil WMS, including bespoke location formats, walk routes, and Pack Station functionality to speed up labelling and improve warehouse processes. The transition was described as seamless, training needs were minimal, and one client reported 40% efficiency increases on some lines; Hallmark also said it improved labour efficiencies straight away, especially in goods in.
