Beauty retailer is looking good thanks to new warehouse management system

Alan Howard, a Stockport-based supplier of beauty and hairdressing products, used SnapFulfil’s cloud warehouse management system to address stock visibility problems as the business grew. Its basic EPOS WMS could not keep up with rapid expansion, and the team also needed a system that could handle warehousing spread across four separate buildings.

SnapFulfil implemented a Cloud WMS configured to Alan Howard’s fulfilment requirements and live stock needs. Since going live, the system has driven efficiency improvements of some 15 percent, improved stock accuracy and integrity, and helped the team fulfil orders more quickly and accurately while supporting plans to grow the mail order business.
