InterContinental Dublin Hotel, part of InterContinental Hotel Group, needed a better way to manage maintenance, housekeeping, and cleaning tracking across its 208-room property. Using Snapfix, the team wanted to replace pen-and-paper processes, emails, and spreadsheets with a simpler mobile solution for reporting and resolving issues.
Snapfix implemented a photo-based task management system and a customizable “Snapboard” displayed in public areas to show real-time cleaning status and hygiene updates. As a result, InterContinental Hotel Group improved communication, accountability, and health and safety standards, while reducing waste and giving guests, visitors, and staff greater confidence in the hotel’s hygiene program.
