Ergobaby, a trusted baby and nursery brand known for products designed with child safety in mind, faced a growing counterfeiting problem across major online platforms. Fake products appeared under names like “Egobaby,” copying branding, design, and colors, creating safety risks for families and threatening trust in the brand. SnapDragon was brought in to help protect Ergobaby’s reputation and customers.
SnapDragon implemented a multi-layered brand protection program that monitored global marketplaces, tracked critical keywords in multiple languages, and used regional expertise to identify high-risk sellers. The team also carried out test purchases and enforced removals of counterfeit listings and IP violations. As a result, SnapDragon has removed over 18,000 counterfeits from the market to date for Ergobaby, helping the brand stay ahead of emerging threats.
