Police and Fire Federal Credit Union (PFFCU) needed a faster, more flexible way to handle growing loan volume across its 17 branches while still delivering a smooth, personal member experience. With many branch-based closings and increasing pressure from COVID-era demand, PFFCU turned to Snapdocs for an eClosing solution that could support its unique workflow.

Snapdocs implemented a customized eClosing workflow with seamless integration, SSO, and the ability to redirect closings between branches when needed. The results included a jump in electronically closed loans from 140 in December 2020 to 635 in January 2021, improved turn times, maintained high NPS scores, and no added branch staff. With Snapdocs, PFFCU also gave members the option to preview documents at home and complete closings in about 15 minutes, and it plans to add RON closings next.
