Evergreen Home Loans, a full-service direct lender with 65 offices across the Western United States, wanted to differentiate its borrower experience and build a scalable eMortgage strategy. To do that, Evergreen partnered with Snapdocs and used the Snapdocs Digital Closing Platform to move from paper-based closings to hybrid and ultimately eNote workflows.
With Snapdocs, Evergreen ran a careful eNote pilot, aligned internal teams and partners, and rolled the process out company-wide. The results included a 4.9/5 CSAT score for eSigning, a 60% increase in funding productivity, 40% collateral shipping cost savings year-to-date, and an 11-day reduction in dwell time versus paper notes. Evergreen has completed 8,959 eNotes, with all seven warehouse lines now accepting eNotes.
