Fort Community Credit Union (FCCU), headquartered in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, wanted to deliver a seamless closing experience for its 22,000+ members through eClosings, including eNote and remote online notarization (RON). After its original provider failed to provide the support and resources needed to scale, FCCU turned to Snapdocs for a faster, easier-to-use solution.

Snapdocs implemented its eClosing technology, integrated with DocuSign, and provided hands-on training and support to help FCCU get up and running quickly. Within 9 weeks, FCCU was doing hybrid closings and RON with eNotes, reducing closing appointments to 15 minutes and saving $200 per hybrid closing with eNote, while improving the experience for members, settlement partners, and other stakeholders.
