US Large Technology Company, a United States–based large technology firm, was struggling to engage and motivate inside sales and customer service teams using email alone. The Communications Program Manager needed a way to deliver timely, consistent information, run pulse checks and report on product knowledge across multiple business units, so the company engaged SnapComms and deployed desktop video alerts, desktop tickers and staff quizzes.

SnapComms delivered scheduled desktop video alerts, tickers and quizzes—sending on average 10 video messages to around 500 inside sales reps, managers and executives during monthly “Impact” days—to provide immediate, high‑visibility communications, gamified product‑knowledge checks and easy distribution via Active Directory imports.
