Case Study: The Quit Group achieves improved internal communications and staff engagement with SnapComms

A SnapComms Case Study

Preview of the The Quit Group Case Study

The Quit Group - Customer Case Study

The Quit Group is a New Zealand charitable trust (80 staff) that supports people quitting smoking and had rapidly expanded from a small pilot to a national service. Rapid growth exposed gaps in internal communications—low email engagement, inconsistent manager-to-team cascades, limited upward feedback channels, cultural and part-time staff needs, and tight budgets. To address this, The Quit Group partnered with SnapComms and deployed a suite of tools including Corporate Screensavers, Desktop Tickers, Staff Quizzes and Staff Surveys/Questionnaires.

SnapComms implemented dynamic screensavers as digital billboards, interactive staff surveys to capture feedback and measure effectiveness, tickers for urgent alerts, and quizzes for training and engagement (including Māori language content). The solution improved communications measurably: 100% of staff noticed the new screensavers, 92% agreed they could access the information needed for their jobs, and 88% said they received information at the right time—demonstrating SnapComms’ impact on engagement and information flow.
