SnapComms deployed desktop tickers, corporate screensavers and lock-screen messages to deliver instant, glanceable alerts, repeated reminders and visual branding, integrated alongside Slack and email. The multi-channel approach increased engagement (notably driving a marked rise in page views for a remuneration announcement), made messages easy to retrieve via Message History, and gave SlingShot better measurability and reach for critical communications, according to Ben Roden.
