Valin Corporation, the San Jose–based distributor of automation, filtration, fluid handling and process control products, engaged SnapComms to tackle employee email overload after staff reported missing important company information. SnapComms was contracted to deliver its employee communications software, including a Desktop Alerting System, Desktop Scrolling Ticker and an Employee Newsletter, to provide alternative channels for internal messages.
SnapComms implemented the integrated channels to centralize and prioritize communications so employees can access information when needed, reducing reliance on mass emails. The solution improved message cut‑through, reinforced Valin Corporation’s corporate brand and helped standardize company information across the organization.
