KPMG New Zealand (Auckland, ~1,000 employees) faced the rapid disruption of COVID-19 and the challenge of keeping staff informed, protected and engaged as they moved to remote and then hybrid working. To solve this, KPMG engaged SnapComms and its suite of visual communication tools — including Screensavers, tickers and newsfeed-style messages — to deliver timely, high-priority internal communications across multiple channels.
SnapComms implemented multi-channel visual campaigns to reinforce government health guidance, promote wellbeing and rostered hybrid working, and to boost training and event attendance. The result was markedly higher engagement and awareness — event attendance rose up to 400% — leadership communication stayed elevated, and KPMG sustained better remote-to-office transitions, demonstrating clear business continuity and wellbeing benefits from SnapComms’ platform.
