ArchCare, a major not‑for‑profit provider of home and community‑based programs and healthcare plans in New York with 3,000 employees across 24 sites, faced difficulty getting information in front of staff quickly, improving internal response rates, reducing communication noise and reaching a dispersed shiftworking workforce.
