Creation Finance Bank On SnapComms To Drive Their Employee Engagement

Creation Finance, a European arm of a major banking group with about 850 employees working across England, Northern Ireland and South Africa, faced falling employee engagement as rapid growth and transformation outpaced its internal communications. Relying on traditional corporate emails left time-sensitive messages unread and staff uninformed, so Senior Internal Communications Manager Jennifer Hayward turned to SnapComms for a more effective internal communications platform.

SnapComms was rolled out initially to operational staff and then company-wide, using Desktop Alerts, Desktop Tickers and a Corporate Screensaver to deliver targeted, high-visibility messages. Features such as scheduling, recurrence and previews helped ensure timely delivery and quality control; tickers handled urgent reminders, alerts promoted vacancies and screensavers drove repeated visual engagement.
