Zaful, a one-stop shop for women’s fashion, wanted to drive app installs, browsing and purchases by reaching Snapchat’s fashion-interested audience. Their challenge was to efficiently acquire female users across the US, Europe and the Middle East and lower acquisition costs compared with other channels.

They ran Snapchat App Install ads targeting women interested in fashion, used Goal-Based Bidding to optimize for swipe-ups and installs, tested varied creative and refined targeting in Ads Manager. The campaign delivered strong results: cost per install was 20% lower in the US and Europe and up to 50% lower in the Middle East, cost per purchase was on average 20% lower than other channels, and Snapchat became Zaful’s #2 marketing channel in Q4 2017.
