A Snapchat Case Study
TechStyle Fashion Group, the membership-driven online retailer behind ShoeDazzle, Fabletics, and JustFab (over 4.5 million active members), needed to reach distinct audiences for each brand while improving acquisition efficiency and measurement across channels. The challenge was lowering cost per purchase and cost per sign-up while accurately tracking the customer journey for brands with different goals and creative approaches.
Partnering with Snapchat, TechStyle tested targeted audiences (lookalikes, engagement segments), used high-performing creative (single-message, vocal/visual CTAs, celebrity Top Snaps), and implemented the Snap Pixel for full-funnel measurement. The outcome: costs per purchase and sign-up were roughly cut in half (40–60% and 30–50% below targets), ShoeDazzle exceeded goals (63% and 48% below), JustFab saw a 59% lower cost per purchase, Fabletics drove 88% incremental conversions from Top Snap, and the Snap Pixel tracked 28% more conversions versus a third party.
