Kikikickz is a French rare-sneaker retailer that began as a subscription service in 2020 and quickly pivoted to e‑commerce, reaching 100K orders by focusing on community and authentic customer experiences. Facing the high-stakes Black Friday Week/Cyber Monday period, the brand needed to scale reach, attract new shoppers and drive profitable conversions while preserving its authentic connection with sneaker enthusiasts.

Kikikickz partnered with Snapchat and ran a multi-format campaign (Single Video, Story, Collection Ads plus an AR Lens) in France from Nov 20–30, using broad targeting to acquire users at scale and retargeting to convert them. The campaign delivered record results: 14× return on ad spend across the ad account and 10× ROAS for the Lens campaign, driving strong engagement and substantial conversions.
